CTF event hosting experience
We used Parrot CTFs for a company-wide Capture The Flag event last month. The initial setup process was smooth; we had a free consultation first to discuss our needs, which was helpful. We opted for the Custom CTF Infrastructure. It took about two weeks from our final agreement to the event going live. The challenges themselves were excellent, covering Web Security Labs and Reverse Engineering Labs, and felt very realistic. During the event, their technical support was responsive; we had a minor issue with one of the challenge environments, and it was resolved within 15 minutes. The candidate scorecards provided afterward were comprehensive and gave good insights into participant skills. Overall, a professional service.

Good assessments, minor glitch
I tried their Technical Hiring Assessments for our new cybersecurity analyst role. The platform was easy to navigate for setting up candidates, and the Skills-Based Evaluation was definitely more useful than standard interviews. The reports on candidates were detailed. My only small complaint was one candidate reported a short lag during a Digital Forensics Assessment, but it cleared up quickly.
